Our layered pastry leaven without water and only that is kneaded with flour and egg. We prepeare our pastry; vegetable oil and only the cheese that is taken from the firm that we are producting for our company. We heat the vegetable oils, we use in our products with water vapor for not burning. Glucose syrup etc we do not use any sweeteners and we use sugar beets from Eskişehir and Konya areas. We are constantly runfirming the quality of the branded and certified raw materials which we use with quality analyzes. We are preparing our products in our hygineic environment that constantly be supervised.
